What you’ll do at M7

We are looking for a full-stack Software Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to touch all parts of the platform and develop features that bring immediate impact to our users. Specifically, you’ll contribute to building new features such as:

• Staffing and scheduling workflows
• Hospital-wide nurse command center
• Scheduling optimization algorithms
• Integrations with health systems’ time and attendance platforms
• Staff engagement assessments and dashboards
• Real-timing staffing analytics
• Internal tools to scale our operation

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

• A strong technical background in software development, including experience with:
  • Full stack JavaScript tooling and libraries, ideally TypeScript, React, Vite, NestJS, and TypeORM
  • High-performance relational databases, ideally PostgreSQL
  • Cloud hosting providers, ideally AWS
