Onboarding Timeline

From your first meeting with your M7 Account Manager to “Go Live” (which we define as the first day of your first schedule supported by M7), the onboarding journey typically takes 8 weeks**.** This timeframe can be adjusted (shorter or longer) based on your site’s needs.

Here’s a breakdown of the key stages, with an example implementation schedule provided below:

  1. Introductory Meetings: Understand each unit’s schedule and the staffing process today
  2. Unit Setup and Review: M7 will configure each unit in the platform and review the configuration 1x1 with unit leadership
  3. Onsite Training: Hands-on, 1x1 training with staff, managers, and hospital leadership to build excitement and optimize adoption
  4. Post Your Schedule and Fill Shift Needs: Work with your M7 Account Manager to publish your first schedule in M7 and post any open shifts
